At Velotric, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your e-bike or accessory, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Gear
Carefully disassemble your e-bike and pack it securely in the original factory box with all chargers, keys, and manuals included to prevent shipping damage.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
