How long does shipping take for a Velotric e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via ground freight usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Velotric e-bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all the necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you complete the final steps, which usually take about 30 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and shipping costs may apply for non-defective returns.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every Velotric e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and other core components against manufacturing defects.
Can I ride my Velotric e-bike in the rain?
Our bikes are IPX6 rated for water resistance, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend pressure washing them or submerging the electrical components in deep water.
